PROJECT MANAGER - JAMESTOWN PAINTING

We are looking for a Project Manager for our growing Commercial Painting Company! This role will be responsible for ensuring jobs are efficiently run, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.

• Create and execute project work plans and revise as needed
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project
• Review sites for upcoming jobs to determine the readiness
• Contact customers weekly to receive change orders for all COR’s sent.
• Complete all monthly bills on time and accurately.
• Account for status on all projects to accurately complete monthly Work in Progress.
• Approve all A/P invoices
• Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
• Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.
• Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
• Hiring of new field employees
• Annual reviews for all field employees
