Project Manager (w/m/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Verantwortung für das komplette Projektmanagement unter Einhaltung der vereinbarten Meilensteine inkl. Risikomanagement, vorausschauendes Changemanagement, Controlling und Prozessmanagement
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Projektvorgaben (qualitativ, zeitlich, budgetär)
• Projektspezifisches Stakeholdermanagement inkl. der Bestell- und Vertragsverhandlungen, sowie das Claim-Management mit den Vertragspartnern
• Proaktive Mitarbeit bei Ideenfindung, Machbarkeitsstudien und der Erstellung des Business Case
• Übernahme der alltäglichen organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben im Project Management Office (PMO) und aktive Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der internen Projektmanagement Strukturen und Abläufe
• Führung von multifunktionaler, teilweise auch international agierender Projektteams

Ihr Profil:

• Studium (z.B. Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik) oder Berufsausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker (m/w/d)
• Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einem industriellen Umfeld wünschenswert
• Erste Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement in der Bahnindustrie von Vorteil
• PMI Zertifizierung wünschenswert
• Profunde EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office) sowie Konstruktions- und Design Programme (CAD, PFD, oÄ) wünschenswert
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Französisch von VorteilSelbstständige, strukturierte und gut organisierte Arbeitsweise
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungs- und Konfliktfähigkeit
• Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen und zur Teilnahme an Weiterbildungen
• Reisebereitschaft
