Description:
Job Scope:
- London Based Role
- Hybrid Role: 2-4 times/week may require travel to client sites (locally)
- We are seeking a Project Manager to join our growing organisation.
- In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of OpenExchange’s meeting services worldwide.
- The Project Manager ensures the success of customer-focused events through the deployment of a team of Video Operators, technology experts and deployment of live stream and recorded showcase events.
- This is a unique opportunity to support Video Conference operations in an organisation that has a virtual workforce–worldwide. We have a start-up environment and are building our infrastructure while also rapidly expanding our client base.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Account Management and Sales Execution teams to determine client event requirements
- Run kick-off meetings to align client needs with OpenExchange (OE) capabilities, managing expectations and aligning priorities
- Organise pre-event planning, day-of execution, and post-event deliverables
- Maintain planning materials and communicate with OE leadership and delivery teammates
- Ensure staffing levels for events are appropriate and share resources/request resources as needed
- Foster teamwork and collaboration of the team
- Identify areas for improvement in skills and delivery for future events
- Other duties as assigned according to business line and regional attributes
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s/University Degree preferred
- Event Management experience a plus
- High degree of organizational skills, able to multitask and prioritize. Solid problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communications skills: verbal, written and presentation ability
- Experience working with C-level executives with the ability to remain level-headed in a high pressure and complex situations
- Ability to build trust and model the way OE provides excellent services
- Ability to thrive in a virtual work enterprise along with flexibility, and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Technology savvy: MS Office, Teams, Zoom
- Flexibility on work hours (we support international clients and OE Teams)
