Project Officer (Experimental Condensed Matter Physics Laboratory)

The Weber group at the School of Physical and Mathematical Sciences (SPMS), in NTU, is seeking a highly organized and driven Project Officer to support laboratory management, technical operations such maintenance of laboratory equipment, as well as day-to-day organizational matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operation and maintenance of cryogenic and vacuum lab equipment
• Overseeing organization matters such as purchases, stockkeeping, maintenance schedules
• Management of day-to-day operations and organization of scientific meetings

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in physics, materials science, or electrical engineering
• Highly organized and structured mindset, proactive thinking
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently but also as part of a team
