WHAT SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?

  • Engineering degree
  • Professional experience in the field of Quality / Customer Support in an industrial environment
  • Experience with HVAC-R solutions is an advantage
  • Quality methods (8D, 5 Why, Pareto, Isochronous, xFMEA, risk analysis, …) andrelated quality processes
  • DfSR experience would be appreciated
  • Expertise in offer lifecycle processes and project management
  • Profound knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) as well as Statistics / Six Sigma
  • Experience in handling multiple problems/tasks and working in cross-functional project teams
  • Ability to lead and influence
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills in English, additional languages (Italian, German, French…) would be a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the E2E quality of a defined product portfolio and the efficient application of related CS&Q directives
  • Continuously monitor and improve the offer quality performance
  • Analyze field failure information and customer feedback and collaborate with the relevant internal stakeholders e.g., R&D, Global Customer Support, Expertise Centers and GSC to identify areas for improvements in the design, manufacturing, and delivery of the defined product portfolio
  • Initiate, assign, and manage PRBs (problem investigations) to understand the root cause of field quality problems, and drive their progress through the 8D problem solving process, while giving highest priority to offer safety issues
  • Ensure the prioritization of corrective and preventive actions in the backlogs
  • For offer lifecycle projects, establish the project quality plan with appropriate quality targets and lead its execution to ensure built-in offer quality
  • Guarantee that the Voice of Customer is well collected and analyzed to provide robust and ranked customer requirements to the project team and all customer requirements are considered throughout the development process
  • Ensure, that risk identification, assessment and mitigation plans are well managed inside the projects, anticipate and provide visibility on any product or project risks and alert accordingly
  • Assist the project manager/release train engineer on animation and decision-making processes in stage gate preparation, report and action follow-up, act like a Co-Pilot
  • Support and coach the project/agile release train teams on methods and quality tools
