The primary purpose of the Stroke Provisional Fellow is to provide care services for patients in Stroke and Neurology, as well as to support research.

• MBBS or equivalent, currently registered with the Medical Board of Australia.
• FRACP in Neurology, or eligible for FRACP in 2025.
• Demonstrated excellent clinical skills, judgment and expertise.
• Strong academic record with experience in Neurology and Stroke at a Neurology Advanced Trainee level.
• Demonstrated teamwork within a multidisciplinary team, time management and problem solving skills in a complex clinical environment, preparedness and ability to work independently in a supervised environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to service requirement of the organisation.
• Demonstrated interest in research.
• Demonstrated interest and willingness to teach Junior Medical Staff.
