Job Description
Due to significant contract awards within our ANZ Water business, we are expanding our Water business. We are currently searching for a proven Hydropower Engineer to join the team, and with AECOM’s flexibility you can base yourself in any of our offices in the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney or Perth.
By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to work and collaborate with interstate and international offices.
Responsibilities:
- Learn from world class heavy mechanical, hydraulics, dams, tunnelling practitioners and subject matter experts from Australia and around the world.
- Take a hands-on role in the design of pumped storage scheme elements. You will have the opportunity to get involved in coordinating, managing and completing projects from inception, including involvement in the bidding phase, concept design, detailed design, tendering, and construction phase support.
- Integrate and coordinate complex interfaces and between engineering and other disciplines.
- Pursue opportunities to grow your career by working on projects around the globe and by connecting with a thriving technical practice.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients across the Australia and New Zealand region.
