Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process and match purchase invoices, purchase orders in EPPH CRM system
  • Set up and maintain supplier and subcontractor accounts in purchase ledger
  • Reconcile supplier statements, resolve queries. Liaise with Project Managers and Suppliers
  • Manage payment runs and issue monthly remittances to suppliers
  • Process staff business expenses and business credit card transactions
  • Support with bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Send monthly CIS statements to subcontractors and customer statements
  • Assist with other ad hoc finance-related duties as required
