• Advanced Excel skills with proven experience
• Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to engage with non-financial stakeholders
• Experience within Purchase Ledger role role

• Purchase Order to Invoice System:
• Manage the end-to-end purchase order (PO) process, ensuring all invoices align with purchase orders and are correctly authorized.
• Verify and code invoices accurately to the appropriate accounts and cost centers.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between POs, invoices, and delivery notes.
