Salter Grange is seeking an experienced CSA QA/QC Engineer to join a leading contractor delivering world-class data centre projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a quality-driven professional to play a key role in ensuring compliance, safety, and efficiency on high-value, technically challenging builds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance plans and procedures.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and standards for compliance.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor quality.
• Oversee material traceability, documentation, and testing records.
• Identify non-conformances and coordinate corrective actions.
• Verify material quality and installation processes against standards.
• Work closely with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Provide technical guidance and QA/QC training to project teams.
• Ensure compliance with international codes and regulations (ISO, ASHRAE, NEC).

Requirements:

• Proven experience in QA/QC roles within construction or data centre projects.
• Strong knowledge of CSA systems and construction practices.
• Familiarity with industry standards and codes (ASME, ASTM, NFPA).
• Proficiency with QA/QC tools and software (AutoCAD, MS Office, Primavera).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
