In the role of Quality Administrative Assistant you’ll play a pivotal part in performing a variety of administrative tasks in support of the Quality Department with preparing test materials for new hires, re-certifications and new certifications. This position contributes to our vision by:
Prepare testing materials for new hires, re-certifications and new certifications.
Prepare tool bags for new hires.
Perform an inventory of spare parts for tool bags and maintain a stock.
Perform an inventory of part numbers and maintain a stock.
Validate results from written tests and award certification.
Maintain training records and training database.
Provide notification for upcoming recertification for all employees requiring certification or qualification.
Manage ASSIMA re-certifications.
Internal audit activities (Stamp, tools)
Scan validated workbooks and dispose of them.

Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma required;
- 1-2 years of clerical experience
Knowledge/Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
