They are looking for a detail-driven Quality Assurance Manager to join their growing team in Farnham. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the integrity, quality and safety of their products.

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER:

  • Food Safety & HACCP Level 3 (required)
  • Degree in Chemical, Food Science or related biological science (desirable)
  • Qualified Lead Assessor/Auditor (desirable)

Responsibilities
  • Leading business-wide QA processes, ensuring food safety and product quality compliance.
  • Defining and enforcing quality and food safety standards across all production lines.
  • Managing consumer and retail complaints with timely and effective resolutions.
  • Developing proactive risk management strategies relating to product and regulatory risks.
  • Owning and maintaining HACCP plans, managing incidents, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Coaching and supporting on-site Quality Champions to uphold QA best practices.
  • Conducting internal audits and ensuring certification standards (ISO, GFSI, FDA) are maintained.
  • Collaborating with suppliers to ensure all inputs meet safety and quality specifications.
  • Leading root cause analysis and corrective action planning for technical issues.
  • Championing continuous improvement using lean principles (e.g. Six Sigma, Kaizen).
  • Working cross-functionally to build strong internal and external QA partnerships.
