Description
Role Objectives This position is responsible for reviewing quality standards for the assigned areas and ensuring evidence is collected correctly and kept managed, product inspection at incoming and outbound processes of the facilities, and first line data gathering analysis at their respective areas. Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and apply quality standards for the assigned areas and work hand to hand with the operative teams to improve and sustain quality performance. Implement and follow-up for inspection of incoming and outbound products for the facilities. Work with the operative team to close the non-conformities and comments results from audits and visits. Investigate for root causes of complaints and develop effective actions to prevent recurrence. Train and develop the operative team for quality culture and requirements to raise knowledge and ease processes. Will be responsible to apply a maintenance plan for the assigned areas and monitor it. Inspect raw materials used in manufacturing. Applying GMP in manufacturing areas. Creating a HACCP plan for assigned facilities. REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS Good knowledge of operations and coffee stores quality management. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Well detail oriented. Very Good communication and interpersonal skills. Good analytical skills. Good knowledge of food safety and quality systems. Good negotiation skills. Very good time management.
Responsibilities
Responsible for developing and applying quality standards, conducting incoming and outbound product inspections, and managing non-conformities. The role also involves root cause investigation for complaints and implementing HACCP and GMP plans within manufacturing areas.
