Quality Inspector

• CMM experience of Mitutoyo & Cat 1000 Software would be an advantage
• Experience with a variety of inspection tools (Vernier, Micrometers, Height Gauges, etc.)
• Good working knowledge of Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
• First Articles, Final Inspection and associated quality-related paperwork. Producing First Article Inspection (FAI) reports
• Ensuring Quality and Delivery performance is achieved.
• May have previously worked in an ISO9001:2015 Quality Systems environment.
• Strong understanding for interpreting drawings, standards and specifications within the department
• Work to tight deadlines while conforming to customer’s expectations
• Pre-& Post Treatment Inspection
• Maintenance of inspection records.
• Maintenance of a clean and organised inspection office.
• Identifying and reporting on any repeating quality concerns. Provide improvement and use of QA methology to mitigate and solve problem.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
