WE ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING A FULL-TIME QUALITY SUPERVISOR TO OVERSEE AND CHAMPION GROWTH AND CONTINUOUS DEVELOPMENT WITHIN KITCHEN OPERATIONS, ENSURING CONSISTENT HIGH-QUALITY, CRAVEABLE FOOD AND SERVICE, EXCEEDING CHICK-FIL-A QUALITY REQUIREMENTS TO OUR GUESTS ALL DAY EVERY DAY.

Under the supervision of the Operations Director, the duties and responsibilities of the Quality Supervisor include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Performs self-assessments for quality and daily safety assessments twice daily;
  • Coaches all kitchen leaders and team members on speed, attention to detail that ensures preparation and production procedures are followed, cleanliness, and food safety;
  • Manages effective and efficient inventory and ordering [Note to Client: please expound];
  • Ensures proper receiving and accounting of inventory end-of-month counts and input;
  • Maintains accurate transfer logs;
  • Schedules boards, prep, and receiving and setting up daily;
  • Leads daily kitchen team huddles and one-on-one coaching sessions;
  • Aligns daily kitchen practices with business vision and annual thematic goal; and
  • Improves profitability by lowering food gap.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma and equivalent
  • Food Handler Certifcation
  • Self-motivated, adaptable and a consistent high performer
  • Excellent project and time management skills
  • Strategic thinker, goal-oriented, tech savvy and results oriented
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time, with the ability to manage repetitive motions and actions throughout shifts such as bending, lifting items, walking
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, passionate about building professional relationships with guests and employees
  • Demonstrates care by stewarding a culture to contribute, and has a sincere desire to serve others
  • Accurate, meticulously detail-oriented and keenly observant
  • Follows direction precisely with a positive attitude
