QUANTITY SURVEYOR – LONDON

Contract Duration: 3 years – Open to perm or contract employees
Reporting to: Project Director and Commercial Manager

OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to commercially lead two flagship ELVS packages on high-profile developments in the City of London. These packages include Building Management Systems (BMS), Energy Management Systems (EMS), Security, Converged Network Systems (CNS), Smart Technologies, and Master System Integrator (MSI) elements. You will be responsible for full commercial oversight and financial performance throughout the lifecycle of both projects.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Demonstrated experience managing multi-discipline ELVS or MEP packages (e.g., BMS, EMS, Security, CNS, Smart, MSI).
• Solid understanding of NEC3/NEC4 or JCT contract forms.
• Strong financial reporting, forecasting, and cost management skills.
• Proficient in commercial tools such as Asta, COINS, or similar.
