You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

• Support the entire office as the first point of contact for incoming telephone inquiries, office visitors, guests, and new employees.
• General administrative activities (e.g, schedule events and meetings; manage company park access cards, manage the company’s vehicle fleet, coordinate maintenance, repairs, and related services).
• Manage office supplies and services.
• Plan and organize business trips.
• Process orders via SAP.

This is what you bring to us:

• High school diploma (minimum).
• Experience as a receptionist/administrative assistant.
• Language skills: fluent in English.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools (MS Outlook and Excel).
• Knowledge of SAP software is a plus.
• Very good organizational skills, a team player with good communication skills.
