Description:

Provide admin support to the clinical team Ensure that sufficient stocks of stationery are available to meet the needs of the team without resorting to stockpiling. Monitor your own performance against agreed objectives as identified in the appraisal Ensuring general tidiness of the reception Supporting colleagues appropriately with tasks to be carried out whilst covering reception duties. Recording messages accurately in the daily diary for all team members Dealing efficiently, precisely, and courteously with telephone Being the first line of telephone contact to all service users, carers/relatives, displaying a warm, friendly, and helpful attitude This will include receiving referrals and arranging appointments, updating this on the Paris system.
