Lan Bathhouse is seeking friendly and professional front desk staff to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus)
• Must be available for flexible shifts, including weekends
