Responsibilities:

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Receptionist at On the Beach! If you are passionate about creating a warm and welcoming environment and delivering top notch customer service, then we would love to hear from you!

Your responsibilities will include:

  • First point of contact for colleagues, visitors, customers and VIPs
  • Ensure that all visitors and colleagues are logged into and out of the building following OTBs security procedures and best practices
  • Receive and distribute incoming post and deliveries
  • Process outgoing post
  • Managing meeting room bookings
  • Security pass system management, including creating security passes
  • Car park management
  • Order catering for internal executive meetings
  • Keep the Reception area clean, tidy and welcoming
  • Fire Warden duties
  • First Aid duties
  • Assisting Facilities team with other duties where required
  • General Office admin duties
