Description:

Korn Ferry RPO is growing significantly and are excited to support a global ‘Big Five’ tech company. Building this team requires exceptional recruiters and sourcers of all levels to work seamlessly within our client’s environment.
Partnering with Recruiters, Hiring Managers and Candidates to ensure the established robust recruiting process is followed and delivers the best in class multilingual sales candidates. A strong understanding of sales sourcing at pace, working across multiple EMEA countries and relocating multilingual candidates is essential. This tech giant enjoys high volumes of exceptional candidates so the ability to identify exceptional talent amongst the masses will set you up for success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search and approach candidates within the clients bespoke ATS
  • Work through high volumes of applicants
  • Conduct interactions with clients in a timely, professional and responsive manner
  • Process management and sourcing
  • Follow agreed client recruitment process for recruitment delivery
  • Use competency interviewing to identify and differentiate candidate in presentation and short-list process
  • Candidate relationship management
  • Effectively communicate position opportunity and client value proposition

THE IDEAL RECRUITER WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

  • Search and approach candidates within the clients bespoke ATS
  • Work through high volumes of applicants
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Experience sourcing in across EMEA locations preferred – France, Netherlands, Ireland, Germany and more
  • Bilingual in either French or German is preferred
  • 2+ years experience within the sourcing and/or recruiting
