You will be responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process including but not limited to:

• Telephone screening of potential applicants
• Working closely with fellow consultants and Account Managers
• Completion of candidate registration including interviewing and reference checking
• Filling of job orders
• Candidate Care
• Database Management
• Providing a high level of customer service to both clients and candidates
• On-call and after-hours responsibilities on a roster system
• Adhoc duties
