Description:

We’re seeking a dynamic Recruitment Lead to drive operational recruitment for the SID Integration team within the Southern Renewals Enterprise (SRE). Your role will ensure that we have the right people, with the right skills, joining the SRE at the right time, helping us meet both current and future capability needs. You’ll create and own the talent strategy that aligns with SRE priorities, playing a key role in shaping the future of our workforce.
