POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Recruitment Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in shaping the future of our workforce. This position offers the opportunity to lead talent acquisition efforts while contributing to broader people operations initiatives. We are looking for a highly motivated HR professional who thrives on connecting with people, building strong relationships, and optimizing processes. You will take ownership of all aspects of recruitment and hiring, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while working closely with hiring managers to understand the needs of their teams. Additionally, you will help standardize and automate HR processes to improve efficiency and compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-3 years of HR experience with a strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Deep understanding of HR laws, compliance, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams.
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive initiatives forward.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a knack for process improvement.
  • Experience with ATS and Recruiting Software, as well as AI tools (automation in recruitment is a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various roles.
  • Manage all scheduling and logistics for interviews, ensuring a smooth hiring process.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws, particularly for remote hires across multiple states.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and create tailored hiring plans.
  • Establish standardized recruitment and onboarding processes to enhance efficiency and consistency.
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline talent acquisition efforts.
  • Maintain and enhance Opiniion’s employer brand and candidate experience.
  • Support broader people operations initiatives as needed, including employee engagement and HR process improvements.
