What will you be doing?
Minimum of 15 years of experience post CA
qualification out of which at least 5 years must be as Finance Leader / CFO or a mid sized organization
Experience in composite finance leadership role which essentially includes through experience handling Inquiry to Order (ITO), Order to Remittance
KEY SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
SAP or relevant ERP experience
MS Office (Expert in Excel)

Partner with the regional leadership team to drive commercial intensity –
including development and execution of growth strategies,metrics, accountability and operating rhythms to grow pipeline, wins and reduce losses, participate in deal reviews to manage risks, cash curves, profitability and drive initiatives to maximize convertible volume
Drive competitiveness - collaborate with
– locally and globally to champion margin expansion, including – inflation/deflation management, price, product cost out and manufacturing,
logistics & labor productivity
Lead a finance function - manage business ledgers, accounting processes,
statutory requirements as well as
IFRS requirements. Manage interface with local providers for payroll, accounts payable etc. Manage monthly, quarterly and annual
close and reporting under local statutory requirements and under IFRS. Manage local statutory and tax filings and manage all tax aspects
– including corporate income tax,
VAT, transfer pricing, W/H taxes etc. Lead
