Predicted growth has created the need for an additional Regional Sales Manager in South East England. Ideally located in the Home Counties to the north of London, and reporting to the Sales Director, you will take over full management responsibility for an established team of around 15 Sales Designers in your area.
This superb opportunity exists for an energetic and effective individual to maximise the team’s performance by a combination of coaching, mentoring and support.

• Management of Regional Direct Sales Team against NJ KPIs
• Personal Sales target £250k
• Providing Training, Coaching & Developing - Sales and Product
• Assisting Sales designers on making sales and closing deals when required
• Weekly and Monthly forecasting
• Sales Designer 1:2:1’s (min. Quarterly)
• Lead Regional Sales Meetings (Approx. 6 per year)
• Participate in National Sales Meetings (Approx. 4 per year)
• Lead Allocation & Reporting of Activity, Orders & Visit results
• Recruitment & Induction of Sales Designers
• Attend Executive Management Meetings
• Furniture R&D Support
• NJ Sketchup development & adoption
