Registered Nurse - RN | Home Care $42.00/hour - $44.00/hour Legacy Lifecare VNA West | Travel Required We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Primary Care Nurse/Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high‑quality primary nursing care to patients in their homes and Assisted Living communities. This role focuses on assessment, care planning, patient education, and coordination of services under a physician’s plan of treatment. Why Join Us?
