Reliability and maintenance strategy manager


MISSION:

This position is responsible for enhancing the performance and reliability of processes within Zalau site.

What will you do :

  • Develop and implement a maintenance policy for critical machines, including associated management procedures.
  • Identify essential machines in each workshop in alignment with the new factory master plan, ensuring they are properly monitored and controlled.
  • Promote a proactive maintenance culture and train the teams in this respect.
  • Develop strategies, tools, and work processes aimed at reducing costs and minimizing production losses.
  • Oversee project scope by tracking requirements throughout the project lifecycle to ensure proper management.
  • Manage and implement a comprehensive plant maintenance program based on industry best practices, with a focus on planning, scheduling, and predictive/preventative maintenance principles.
  • Handle daily equipment issues with the engineering teams, set priorities in collaboration with the operations department, and organize tasks within the maintenance team.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the maintenance team, ensuring that business objectives are met, projects are prioritized, and regular functional upgrades and improvements are achieved.

What we’re looking for:

  • Fluency in English;
  • Bachelor Degree+ 5 (technical background);
  • Previous experience in similar roles is very appreciated;
  • Experience in project management and project coordination;
  • Experience in industrial maintenance activities;
  • Strong analytical skills.
