Research Associate (Psychology)

Temasek Laboratories@NTU is hiring a Research Associate for a credibility assessment project. The research associate will perform a variety of functions related to research. The candidate is expected to work closely with the project team to perform task assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct literature reviews and technology scan/assessment
• Perform data collection and data management
• Assist with the research design and statistical analyses
• Assist with writing progress and final research reports
• Contribute to research publications and presentations
• Engage in the dissemination of research findings/results to defense partners, under supervision of the Principal Investigator
• Perform administrative work associated with HSSIR

Job Requirements:

• Minimally Bachelor’s degree in Psychology
• Applicants with Master’s degree in Psychology preferred
• Relevant experience in research work will be added advantage
• Prior experience with qualitative data analysis will be added advantage
• Proficiency in MS office, statistical analysis using SPSS, R or Stata
• Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Good time management skills and the ability to work within tight deadlines is a must
• Strong team player with the capacity to learn and work independently
