TECHNICAL SKILLS

Required

• Master’s degree in Fermentation Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology or other relevant discipline with 1-3 years related experience in industry
• Good skills in a variety of laboratory techniques, particularly in microbiology (!)
• Very good skills in basic Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluency in written and spoken French and English
• A broad range of knowledge of analytical techniques

An asset

• Experience in fermentation technologies e.g. in the brewing and distilling industries
• Experience with specialized data analysis software

• Flexibility to work at irregular hours
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Attention to detail is a must
• Good organization and communication skills
