SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated Building Manager to join our team in managing our residential properties. This role is crucial in ensuring that our properties are well-maintained and meet the highest standards of living for our residents. The Building Manager will be based in our operational area, overseeing day-to-day activities and contributing to our mission of excellence.

Qualifications * Proven experience in property management or a related field.

  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams effectively.
  • Excellent project management abilities.
  • Knowledge of mechanical systems, maintenance practices, and electrical systems is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of multiple residential properties.
  • Manage maintenance staff and contractors to ensure timely repairs and upkeep.
  • Implement project management strategies for property improvements.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Foster positive relationships with residents and address their concerns promptly.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure property standards are met.
  • Prepare reports on property performance and maintenance needs.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term property strategies.
