ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are not looking for a property manager, facilities coordinator, or someone who only knows new construction. This role is for an experienced operator who has run large-scale rehab and disposition portfolios for financial investors.
If you’ve successfully overseen 50+ SFR or 2–4 plex rehab/dispo projects simultaneously, managed vendors and contractors remotely, and delivered results for capital investors—you’re the candidate we want.

MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years in SFR/2–4 plex rehab & resale management.
• 50+ projects at scale, run at the same time (not lifetime).
• Investor-facing role (not tenants, not lenders).
• Majority of experience in remote oversight.
• Deep rehab/remodel management expertise.
• Verifiable employment with a company/team (not purely self-employed).
  Compensation: $85,000 – $105,000 DOE + performance bonus

• Own the lifecycle of rehab/dispo projects: acquisition rehab marketing sale.
• Run large vendor/contractor networks with strict accountability.
• Approve budgets and contractor draws, ensuring investor funds are protected.
• Deliver clear, detailed investor reporting on timelines, budgets, and outcomes.
• Drive resale value by managing agents and sales processes to maximize ROI.
