ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, and solution-focused Resource Administrator to join our team. This is a key role in ensuring the safe and effective delivery of care by coordinating staffing resources and maintaining excellent communication with a wide range of individuals.
You will be someone who builds strong, professional relationships with ease and communicates confidently with internal teams, the people we support, their families, and external stakeholders. You’ll bring a keen eye for detail, thrive on organisation and problem-solving, and be comfortable working with data to improve processes and develop new ways of working.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and is committed to providing outstanding service delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, maintain, and monitor schedules for frontline staff, ensuring safe and sufficient staffing levels in line with company protocols and CQC guidance.
  • Act as the first point of contact for frontline staff, the people we support, and their families.
  • Collaborate closely with Case Managers, Service Manager, and the CQC Operations Manager to carry out key tasks relating to service safety and continuity.
  • Communicate effectively with all KEYFORT departments to ensure resources are aligned with service needs.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Analyse data to develop and implement solutions-focused improvements in service delivery.
  • Take ownership of your professional development, seeking training opportunities to enhance your skills and develop within the role.
  • Work in a hybrid capacity—predominantly from our North East office, with occasional travel to Carlisle and regular home working on a rota basis.
