THE OPPORTUNITY:

As we expand our global operations, we are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer with a specific focus on contract recruitment within the engineering and technical sectors across the UK, USA, and the Middle East. This role is pivotal to our success, as you will be sourcing and placing exceptional interim and contract talent, ensuring clients receive the best candidates to meet their immediate and project-based needs.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and source high-quality contract candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks, and our advanced recruitment tools.
  • Conduct comprehensive CV screenings and initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, availability, and cultural fit for short-term and contract-based roles.
  • Develop and maintain a strong database of contract professionals in the engineering and technical sectors, ensuring you are ready to meet current and future contract demands.
  • Partner with recruitment consultants and hiring managers to fully understand role specifications and client requirements for contract placements.
  • Coordinate and manage interview schedules for both candidates and clients, ensuring the recruitment process is seamless and efficient.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities, contract placements, and candidate interactions within our system.
  • Post contract-specific job ads that attract the right contract professionals and align with the client’s needs.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with contract candidates and clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
  • Stay on top of market trends in the contract recruitment sector, adapting strategies to meet evolving client demands.
  • Ensure full compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company policies related to contract recruitment.
