Client Support Team
Lead CST service delivery, growth, and profitability by building a diverse, skilled team to achieve Lexington’s goals. Drive retention through career development and succession planning.
Recruitment
Implement a full-cycle recruitment strategy to attract top talent, boosting engagement and application quality through experience-led activities. Collaborate with hiring managers, the People Manager, Elior UK Recruitment Team, and stakeholders to align recruitment with Lexington’s values and business objectives.
Join Lexington as a CST Operations Lead to oversee recruitment, training, and performance for a dynamic client support workforce. Drive team engagement and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders while analysing business trends to improve service efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Lead CST recruitment and development, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Manage staffing engagement, set team goals, and support site leaders.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment, building candidate pipelines and optimizing hiring.
Develop financial plans, monitor budgets, and provide performance reports.
Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and company standards.Ideal candidates are experienced in recruitment, operations, and budget management, with strong leadership skills and a drive for growth and innovation.
Working Hours: 40, Monday-Friday
Leadership & Team Management: Proven experience leading recruitment and operational teams, fostering engagement, and developing staff through training and succession planning.
Recruitment Expertise: Skilled in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, ATS management, job board optimization, and pipeline building.
Financial Acumen: Experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting, including P&L and performance analysis.
