Position Summary
Evaluates and treats cardiopulmonary (lungs and heart) health. This includes teaching patients and their families about treatment and maintenance of pulmonary health problems, including the use of respiratory therapy equipment and medications.
This role coordinates inpatient care in an effort to reduce length of stay, reduce re-admissions and Emergency Department visits, and improve the quality of life for patients with chronic disease.
