RESTAURANT MANAGER

Gabbys located at square area hiring an experienced and motivated Restaurant and Bar Manager to lead our team, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and help us continue to grow.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of management experience in a sports bar, pub, or restaurant
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Solid knowledge of bar service, food operations, and customer service
• Smart Serve required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Flexible and reliable—especially on evenings, weekends, holidays, and game nights

• Oversee daily operations of both the bar and restaurant
• Manage and train servers, bartenders, and support staff
• Create weekly schedules and ensure proper shift coverage
• Maintain excellent service standards and guest satisfaction
• Monitor bar stock, and food inventory
• Control costs, track sales, and handle daily cash-outs
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
• Support promotions, events, and game-day specials
• Work closely with ownership to meet sales and growth goals
