Location: This role could be based in either our London, Birmingham, Telford or Edinburgh offices with time spent working in the office and at home.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

The Risk Data and Reporting Manager roles will report into the Head of Operating Office and be part of a team that is at the heart of transforming the Risk Operating Model. As we reshape our operating model, the roles will be proactive in looking for digital data-led solutions that will drive smarter insight to support financial and operational management in the Risk Function.
The roles will look for ways to connect data more efficiently, ensure consistent application of standards to data and reporting; and finds ways to use technology and AI to improve our processes, systems and controls.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards that provide real-time, actionable insights across key areas, including risk management, finance, governance, oversight, action plans, and operational MI.
Collaborate with various departments to gather, cleanse, and integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data used for reporting purposes.
Develop and deliver clear, concise, and visually compelling reports and dashboards that communicate complex data in an easily digestible format for senior leadership and business stakeholders.
Support the development of performance tracking dashboards, including key metrics and KPIs for risk, financial performance, and operational efficiency, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Ensure the creation of dashboards that enable effective tracking of governance, oversight, and compliance-related activities, supporting the business in maintaining transparency and accountability.
Implement and maintain data governance practices to ensure high-quality, reliable data is used across all reports and dashboards. Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal and external standards.
Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to effectively use and interpret the dashboards and reports. Offer ongoing assistance and troubleshooting as needed.
