A beautiful nursery setting based in SE10 are looking to add an enthusiastic and passionate Room Leader & Deputy Manager to their setting! You will support the Nursery Manager in the daily running of the nursery, while leading your own room to deliver outstanding care and early years education. This is a full time role Monday – Friday.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• Level 3 qualification in childcare or higher
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in an early years setting.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding practices.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in early years setting.
• A positive, can-do attitude with a genuine love for working with children.

• Lead and inspire your team to deliver high-quality care and learning opportunities.
• Support the Nursery Manager in ensuring smooth day-today operations.
• Oversee planning, observations, and assessments in line with the EYFS framework.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff.
• Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.
• Step up in the absence of the Nursery Manager.
