JOB SUMMARY

The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for lead generation, account management, communication, relationship building, and customer service. They will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide excellent customer service, and establish strong relationships. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new customers and increasing revenue, using consultative strategies to address key client business issues. Your contributions will directly influence Hapana’s business growth. This is a great role for someone that loves sales and fitness.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Worked in the fitness industry or a personal trainer looking for a change of career is a must
  • Strong skills in lead generation and/or account management
  • Excellent communication and relationship building abilities
  • Customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in Hubspot, G-suite is an advantage
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with focus on measuring internal and external communications effectiveness and results.
    This role will be working from home initially with the perspective of coming into the office 2-3 days a week in the coming months.

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate sales activity through various means, including phone calls, emails, and text messages, including introductions (cold calls), follow-ups, and demonstration calls.
  • Utilise consultative sales skills to engage and consult with existing clients, addressing their questions and needs to identify the most suitable Hapana solution.
  • Establish business relationships with prospective customers to generate new business
  • Strategically plan and organise your sales strategy, including daily/weekly/monthly scheduling, to optimise time investment and consistently surpass performance targets.
  • Demonstrate Hapana software, products, and partner solutions to potential clients and assisting them in selecting the best solution for their needs while working within a specific niche
  • Engage with both single and multi-location fitness brands to meet and exceed maximum sales targets.
  • Stay updated on all products, including software and application updates/releases, new partner offerings, market conditions, and industry trends.
  • Effectively communicate ongoing sales activity and account progress, utilising tools such as Hubspot and other CRM tools.
  • Participate in trade shows and conventions.
