Main Purpose of the Job
Biosynth Biologics Division in Dublin, Ireland, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented science graduate to join our team as a Sales Account Manager. The role will initially be for six months leading to a full-time contract for the successful candidate. This is an office-based role. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and growing existing accounts as well as development of new prospect accounts.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree (or higher) in a life science field is required.
- Additional education or experience in business or a related field is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organised, systematic and precise.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a collaborative and positive attitude.
- Proactive problem solver.
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role would be desirable
- Experience/knowledge related to the diagnostics or life sciences industry is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using SAP software (or similar) for order management would be beneficial but not essential
- Experience using a CRM and M-Files software would be beneficial but not essentia

Responsibilities:
- Key objective is to help grow the Biologics Division business according to company targets.
- Maintain and grow existing accounts through provision of product information/quotation and subsequent pursuit of purchase orders and supply agreements where appropriate.
- Develop and manage new accounts.
- Liaise with supply partners including pricing negotiations and contract discussions.
- Research new products and identify potential supply partners and markets.
- Liaise with order processing team to ensure all orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed records using CRM.
- Provide customers with after sales support, including technical support when required.
- Stay updated on company products, policies, and procedures to address customer inquiries effectively.
- Sales related administration e.g. raising product codes, lot numbers and liaising with the QC team to generating product datasheets and certificates of analysis.
- Support the senior sales team members as required.
- Adhere to company procedures as defined by its ISO 13485 system.
