QUALIFICATIONS:

- At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, lead generation, and customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially via video calls.

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THIS ROLE:
The Sales Development Representative will be pivotal in expanding our market presence by engaging with business owners and promoting our free website creation service through video calls and cold calling.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct cold calls to identify businesses without websites or needing website enhancements.
- Engage and build relationships with potential clients via video calls.
- Promote and onboard clients for our free website creation service.
- Identify and qualify leads to expand our customer base.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Follow up on leads to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
- Assist in gathering feedback from clients to improve service offerings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor services.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
