Job Description

Manage a team of Enterprise Account Executives to drive new business sales growth for ServiceNow in Ireland

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for the Irish region in collaboration with Sales Operations, understanding the competitive landscape and market presence.
  • Engage in territory planning, relationship development, and opportunity development, supporting Field Sales Teams in closing opportunities.
  • Drive and manage performance of the team across all of the key KPIs
  • Recruit, coach, and mentor team members to achieve excellence.
  • Develop territories and quotas for the sales team, clearly communicating performance expectations.
  • Manage and report accurate forecasts and pipeline to the business.
  • Achieve annual sales goals on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Engage in C-level meetings to understand customer business requirements.
  • Build effective working relationships with Solution Consulting, Business Units, Professional Services, Marketing, our Partner community, and the ServiceNow executive team.
  • Retain and grow the existing customer base through regular engagement activities to deliver an excellent customer experience.

A proven track record of managing enterprise software sales teams to new business sales success, including presentation and negotiation skills at Enterprise level and at the C-level. Experience of the Irish market is preferable

  • Strong success in recruiting, coaching, and managing a high-performing sales team.
  • Strategic thinking skills, including analytical and financial planning, to meet and exceed quotas and goals.
  • Experience in managing accurate CRM reports, including current and future quarterly forecasts and opportunity inspection.
  • Experience in driving sales processes and building effective working relationships with Sales Operations.
  • The ability to understand the broader business drivers around IT.
  • The ability to build long-term strategic and senior-level relationships.
  • The ability to adapt and work effectively in a rapidly changing and growing environment.
  • Experience building self-motivated sales teams that embrace a culture of collaboration, enthusiasm, and achievement.
  • The ability to champion and promote top performers, continuously develop and coach the team, and appropriately upgrade talent.
  • Proven partner relationships and networks in Ireland, with the ability to grow revenue streams and territory development through the partner ecosystem.
  • Ownership of driving successful pipeline generation activities developed by marketing or the partner community.
