As a Sales Force Effectiveness Specialist at Johnson & Johnson, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our sales operations and drive the success of our sales team. This role is exciting and crucial because you will be responsible for ensuring that our sales force is well equipped of right sales process, tools and other enablers to win in the market and achieve high sales effectiveness and efficiency. You will work closely with management and commercial leaders in both country and regional office to lead, shape and build Sales Force Effectiveness capabilities across APAC.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales force effectiveness initiatives to enhance the performance and efficiency of the sales team
  • Manage the regional CRM platform and lead the continuous improvement of CRM capabilities to achieve the overall commercial excellence and sales efficiency
  • Lead the annual incentive planning & review process in collaboration with local markets, develop and communicate regional incentive guidance and provide recommendations for incentive plan improvement
  • Support regional & local SFE strategic projects (such as customer segmentation & targeting), collaborate with cross-functional teams across the region to build positive impact on P&L
  • Supervise and evaluate sales team performance, especially for new product launches, providing feedback to commercial leaders and support for continuous improvement in sales execution.
