Responsibilities:
A Lead Generator sets up a potential policy sale and transfers it over to an agent to complete the sale. The Lead Generator learns the customer’s needs and knows some product information to complete this task.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicates effectively with internal Customers and employees for follow up purchases of customers.
- Identifies the customer’s need and responds appropriately and efficiently with a sense of urgency
- May utilize multiple communication channels including but not limited to telephone, fax, email, or online chat to assist the client
