KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • You will be an experienced people manager, with a proven record of purposeful coaching to identify areas of improvement within the sales team. You will have experience creating customised coaching plans that enhance skills, boost confidence, and facilitate performance excellence.
  • You will be a proven sales professional, with a dedication to exceeding targets and overcoming objectives.
  • You will possess a strong and unwavering work ethic, always leading by example.
  • Experience as a Branch Manager/Are Manager within property is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE AS A SALE MANAGER:

As a Sales Manager you will support iamproperty to achieve its vision to empower Partner agents with the latest methods, technology, and expertise to drive success. Reporting into the Head of Sales you will collaborate in the day-to-day operations and ensure effective delivery of all sales related activity and efficient management of multiple stakeholders in the buying and selling process.
You will lead, coach, and manage a high calibre team ensuring elevated levels of performance, service and compliance are attained. You will be the leader of change who can inspire and influence your team to achieve their goals, challenge the status quo and become vocal members of the team with a desire to drive industry leading service excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • You will be responsible for supporting and developing a high calibre sales team by demonstrating what good looks like and developing an environment for continuous improvement. You will strive to create a sales environment that values empathy, active listening, and strong people skills.
  • You will engage in coaching and the delivery of team training requirements, tailoring you approach to the needs and preference of the individual.
  • You will be individually very motivated and play a key role in motivating your team aiming to connect with your members, understanding their motivations, concerns, and aspirations.
  • You will support the setting and delivery of ambitious sales targets, focussing on both team and individual performance, ensuring to demonstrate a relentless commitment to achieving and surpassing targets.
  • You will support your team as well as the wider business in a high level of adherence to all Compliance, Legal and Regulatory requirements.
  • You will communicate across all areas of the business, embracing the company values and ensuring each stake of the customer journey is delivered with professionalism.
  • You will be a confident decision maker, ensuring to effectively prioritise the team’s workload to maximise productivity. You will develop and implement efficient processes and workflows that streamline sales activities.
  • You will be expected to stay attuned to market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments and translate this awareness into actionable insights that inform sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
  • You will be involved in recruiting for new members of the sales team, taking part in interviews and making key decisions.
