Our client owns and operates some of the nations most iconic horse racing venues and they are looking for an experienced sales professional to lead sales at their Newmarket Venue and manage a group of execs at neighboring tracks.

Responsibilities:

To be successful in this role, you’ll have to be a real people person. Encouraging repeat business through ongoing relationships is a great route to success.
You’ll receive lots of warm leads and enquiries because you are selling a well known desirable product at an iconic venue, if you are great a converting qualified prospects to sales you’ll do well here.
Go the extra mile with some outbound work too. Make new contacts, generate new leads and grab that extra commission.
You’ll need to be an effective leader, able to support and mentor execs at other race courses while sharing good practice and great insight.
If you’ve sold hospitality packages at venues before you’d be a strong candidate, but a strong consultative sales record in any sector may work.
