Staffing For Doctors is transforming the way healthcare practices staff their teams. We provide medical practices with highly trained virtual professionals so doctors and staff can focus on patient care — not staffing headaches.
We’re growing fast, and now we’re looking for a Director of Sales to take full ownership of our sales department and lead us into the next stage of expansion.
The Role

This is a leadership role with full ownership of the sales function. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing and coaching 3 Medical Practice Consultants locally, while growing and expanding the team.
  • Driving consistent growth with a minimum of $100K in new MRR every month.
  • Building and refining the sales playbook, KPIs, and accountability systems.
  • Developing enterprise sales strategies for multi-location practices and medical groups.
  • Creating and nurturing partnerships with healthcare vendors, associations, and networks.
  • Generating leads across multiple channels: outbound campaigns, inbound funnels, partnerships, events, and enterprise outreach.
  • Reporting directly to the CEO and collaborating with marketing/ops to align on growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and inspire a local sales team in Los Angeles, expanding as we scale.
  • Close high-value enterprise and partnership deals while coaching your team to success.
  • Design a predictable and scalable sales engine that consistently delivers.
  • Forecast, track, and report on performance, ensuring accountability across the team.
  • Establish Staffing For Doctors as the go-to partner for medical staffing nationwide.

REQUIREMENTS

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3+ years in leadership.
  • Experience in healthcare, staffing, SaaS, or enterprise sales a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to manage, grow, and scale a sales team.
  • Strong background in partnerships, enterprise accounts, and multi-channel lead generation.
  • A closer and a coach: equally skilled at leading from the front and developing talent.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, growth-driven environments.
