Description:

COMPANY PROFILE:

This position is in a small and growing team seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales activities in Sweden. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sales of our B2B lab services to healthcare providers, including hospitals, clinics, and research institutions, and managing public tenders. This role requires an entrepreneurial spirit, a strong leadership capability, the ability to work independently, a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, and a proven track record in sales management.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Reports To: Managing Director

Sales Leadership and Strategy:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational sales targets and expand our customer base within the healthcare sector.
  • Build an effective sales organization. o Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead efforts to capture these opportunities through strategic planning and execution.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in healthcare organizations.
  • Oversee the sales team’s interactions with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Personally manage relationships with major clients and handle high-stakes negotiations.

Public Tenders:

  • Identify and pursue public tender opportunities relevant to the company’s lab services.
  • Coordinate and manage the preparation and submission of tender proposals, ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines.
  • Develop strategies to win tenders and increase our market presence in the public sector.

Market Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to the Director of Sales, highlighting achievements, challenges, and strategies for future success. o Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Product Knowledge and Training:

  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of our lab services, including features, benefits, and applications within the healthcare industry.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and advancements in medical technology.Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team to ensure they have the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.

Travel:Willingness to travel within Sweden as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and manage tender processes.
