Celeroton TurboCell is a Swiss based fast-growing technology leader developing and manufacturing high performance turbo compressors for fuel cell systems. The company is based in Volketswil and sells its products worldwide for a broad range of applications including automotive, stationary, marine and aerospace industry.
To support our on-going growth, we are looking to strengthen our sales team.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in engineering (ETH/UNI/FH) or comparable education and additional commercial training
  • 5+ years professional experience in sales, ideally as a sales manager or key account manager in the automotive sector
  • Experience in technical project management/ development for industrial customers
  • Knowledge in turbo compressors and/or fuel cell systems is a strong plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills, creativity and hands-on mentality
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English and German (written and spoken), additional languages are a plus
  • Willingness to regularly travel (20-30%) for customer visits and tradeshows

Responsibilities:

  • Active acquisition of new customers and expansion of the customer base
  • Ownership and further development of our existing customer relationships as well as incoming inquiries
  • Structured sales funnel management from leads generation to sales execution
  • Customer needs identification, product requirements definition and support in preparation of the product roadmap and definition of new business opportunities
  • Preparation of offers, price negotiations and conclusion of contracts
  • Definition of product pricing and cost calculations
  • Coordinate marketing and communication activities
  • Organize and lead our participation at various tradeshows
